About the role

DreamCatcher DMC Monaco is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead and coordinate a variety of high‑end projects in the luxury hospitality and destination management sector. The role is office‑based in Monaco and starts in September 2026, offering a dynamic environment where precision and creativity are essential.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and monitor projects from inception to delivery, ensuring timelines and budgets are met.
• Manage logistics, supplier relationships, schedules, and operational details for events and hospitality services.
• Coordinate communication between clients, partners, and internal teams to guarantee seamless project flow.
• Track deadlines, budgets, and deliverables, providing regular status updates to stakeholders.
• Handle multiple concurrent projects while maintaining high service standards and operational excellence.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience in project management, operations, events, hospitality, luxury services, or a related field.
• Strong organizational, time‑management, and coordination abilities.
• Proactive attitude with the capacity to manage multiple priorities and attention to detail.
• Fluent in both French and English.
• Knowledge of the Monaco and French Riviera area.
