About the role

BairesDev is seeking a Senior Software Engineer with deep Go expertise to design and build high‑performance backend services for AI and machine learning workloads. The role focuses on creating scalable, reliable distributed systems that run on Kubernetes‑native cloud infrastructure.

Key responsibilities

• Design and develop high‑performance backend services in Go, optimized for scalability and long‑term reliability.
• Build and maintain distributed systems deployed on Kubernetes‑native cloud infrastructure.
• Contribute to the development and operation of LLM and RAG‑based platform features in production.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to translate technical requirements into robust, maintainable solutions.
• Participate in code reviews and drive continuous improvement of engineering practices.
• Diagnose and resolve performance and reliability issues across distributed backend services.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in IT roles.
• 3+ years of professional experience using Go as the primary programming language.
• Hands‑on experience with Kubernetes in production environments.
• Solid background in designing and developing distributed systems.
• Exposure to LLM, RAG, or vector‑search technologies.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Advanced proficiency in English.
