Senior Software Engineer (Go) – Remote

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Software Engineer with deep expertise in Go to design and build high‑performance backend services for an AI‑driven platform. You will work remotely with a global team of top‑tier engineers, delivering reliable, scalable solutions that power machine‑learning workloads for large enterprises.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain high‑throughput backend services in Go.
• Build and operate distributed systems on Kubernetes‑native cloud infrastructure.
• Contribute to LLM and RAG‑based platform features in production.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to translate technical requirements into robust solutions.
• Participate in code reviews and drive continuous improvement of engineering practices.
• Diagnose and resolve performance and reliability issues across distributed services.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in IT roles.
• 3+ years of professional experience using Go as the primary language.
• Hands‑on experience with Kubernetes in production environments.
• Solid background in designing and developing distributed systems.
• Exposure to LLM, RAG, or vector‑search technologies.
• Strong communication skills and advanced proficiency in English.
