About the role
Remote is looking for a Senior Total Rewards Partner to lead the design and execution of its global Total Rewards strategy. This senior position will act as a strategic advisor to the executive team and business leaders, ensuring fair, competitive, and data‑driven compensation practices across all markets.
Key responsibilities
- Partner with executive leadership and business stakeholders to shape and evolve the Total Rewards strategy in line with organizational objectives.
- Design and articulate comprehensive Total Rewards frameworks that drive strategic alignment, consistency, and competitive positioning globally.
- Provide counsel on compensation philosophy, pay equity, job architecture, and geo‑tiering to support forward‑looking business decisions.
- Integrate Total Rewards strategy into talent programs, ensuring alignment with the global rewards philosophy.
- Act as the subject‑matter expert, influencing cross‑functional initiatives across product, finance, legal, and leadership.
- Lead education and enablement efforts to build organisational understanding of Total Rewards concepts.
Required profile
- Extensive experience in total rewards roles with a strong focus on strategy, business partnering, and thought leadership in a global environment.
- Proven ability to influence and advise senior leaders on complex rewards issues.
- Deep knowledge of total rewards philosophies, job architecture, pay equity, and geo‑tiering principles.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to simplify complex concepts for diverse audiences.
- Experience in fast‑growing, global, remote‑friendly organisations is preferred.
