Sous Chef

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Sous‑Chef to join a prestigious ultra‑high‑net‑worth family in Monaco. Working in a private residence with the highest culinary standards, you will support the Head Chef and contribute to an international, professional team.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the Head Chef with daily food preparation and service.
• Prepare assigned dishes independently to the residence’s exacting standards.
• Support menu planning, ordering, stock control and verification of supplies.
• Maintain impeccable hygiene, product handling, storage and kitchen organization.
• Monitor food stock, report discrepancies and prepare purchase orders.
• Follow the Head Chef’s instructions precisely, respecting the Principals’ preferences.
• Research products, techniques and culinary trends to continuously improve skills.
• Participate in seasonal work at the family’s Courchevel residence and occasionally accompany the Principals on private travel.

Required profile

• Proven experience in fine‑dining restaurants, 5‑star hotels, yachts or UHNW households.
• Strong command of French and Italian culinary techniques.
• High attention to detail, reliability and discretion.
• Ability to thrive in a dynamic, high‑standard environment.
• Fluent English; Russian is a plus.
