Temporary Sales Associate – Luxury Retail

About the role

We are looking for a temporary Sales Associate to represent Brunello Cucinelli’s luxury brand in our boutique. The successful candidate will guide customers through the seasonal collections, ensuring a high‑end, personalized shopping experience that reflects the company’s philosophy of discreet elegance.

Key responsibilities

• Present the brand’s philosophy and seasonal proposals to customers, providing expert product knowledge and styling advice.
• Maintain personal appearance and store presentation standards of casual elegance and signature luxury.
• Assist customers throughout the sales process, from selection and fitting to final purchase.
• Manage visual and window displays, ensuring daily and periodic merchandising standards.
• Support inventory and warehouse administration to guarantee product availability and accurate stock records.

Required profile

• Fluent in French and English.
• Minimum two years of retail experience, preferably in luxury fashion.
• Strong communication, interpersonal skills and attention to detail.
• Proactive, collaborative attitude and ability to work effectively within a team.

Required skills

• Experience with CRM tools.
