Alumni Data & Network Management Coordinator

About the role

The Coordinator – Alumni Data & Network Management will play a foundational role in implementing IUM’s three‑year Alumni Relations strategy. Reporting to the Director of Careers and Corporate Relations, the role focuses on building and maintaining the data infrastructure and digital tools that enable meaningful, targeted connections with the global alumni community.

Key responsibilities

• Alumni Database Management and Quality: own and continuously improve the alumni database, ensure GDPR‑compliant accuracy, design scalable data‑collection and enrichment processes, manage placement surveys and support alumni onboarding.
• CRM Strategy and Implementation: lead selection, deployment and ongoing optimisation of an alumni‑focused CRM, define segmented target groups, and design tailored communication campaigns for each segment.
• Alumni Platform Development and Engagement: administer the IUM Alumni Platform, benchmark best practices, conduct platform surveys, and collaborate with the Manager of Alumni Relations to conceive and launch new engagement initiatives.
