Book Keeper / Payments Specialist

About the role

The Book Keeper / Payments Specialist will manage day‑to‑day financial transactions and ensure the accuracy of the company’s financial records. Working closely with the finance team, you will be responsible for processing payments, reconciling accounts and supporting budgeting activities.

Key responsibilities

• Perform daily bookkeeping tasks and maintain accurate ledgers.
• Process payments and invoices in a timely manner.
• Reconcile bank statements and various accounts.
• Prepare financial reports and summary documents.
• Assist with budgeting and forecasting initiatives.
• Collaborate with team members to improve financial processes.

Required profile

• Strong background in bookkeeping and finance.
• Attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
• Excellent analytical and communication abilities.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or a related field (preferred).
