Boutique Assistant

About the role

As a Boutique Assistant for a world‑leading luxury jewellery and watch house, you will be the face of the brand, ensuring every client enjoys a memorable and flawless experience in the Monaco boutique.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome clients, discover their intentions, and provide seating, ordering and beverage service.
• Maintain daily supply and presentation of the beverage and catering stations.
• Support sales consultants with gift‑wrapping, certificate preparation and double‑checking serial numbers before invoicing.
• Perform personalization tasks such as engraving, embossing, cleaning, watch sizing and strap changes after dedicated training.
• Keep the sales floor and back‑office tidy, prepare sales tables with all necessary tools, and report maintenance needs to management.
• Coordinate orders for consumables and office supplies.

Required profile

• Significant experience in luxury customer service.
• Fluent in English and French.
• Strong interpersonal skills, team spirit and proactive attitude.
• Excellent presentation, organization and versatility.
• Knowledge of the luxury retail sector and a customer‑oriented mindset.
