Business Analyst

About the role

The Business Analyst will act as the primary liaison between MarineMax Superyacht Services stakeholders and the technical teams that support critical business applications. You will own the full lifecycle of application support, from intake through delivery, ensuring systems stay aligned with operational needs.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end intake, categorisation, prioritisation and assignment of business‑application requests.
• Conduct initial triage to identify configuration, data, process or defect issues and route them appropriately.
• Serve as the communication anchor, setting expectations, providing transparent updates and confirming outcomes.
• Translate operational requirements into clear problem statements, user stories, process maps and acceptance criteria.
• Coordinate with internal technical teams and external vendors to drive timely resolution.
• Support user acceptance testing, change management and operational readiness for new capabilities.
• Monitor application performance trends and propose root‑cause recommendations.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Management, Marketing or a related field.
• 3+ years experience as a Business Analyst or in Enterprise Applications Support, preferably in a multi‑location or service‑oriented environment.
• Proven ability to independently manage support intake, triage and prioritisation workflows.

Required skills

• Experience with enterprise business systems such as ERP, CRM and financial platforms; Microsoft Dynamics required.
• Working knowledge of relational databases and systems integration concepts; familiarity with SQL preferred.
• Strong requirements documentation skills, including user stories, process maps, acceptance criteria and functional specifications.
