Digital Portfolio Coordination & Intelligent Dashboard Internship (6 months)

About the role

This 6‑month internship supports SBM Offshore’s Operations Excellence digital portfolio. You will organise project data, build actionable dashboards and explore an AI‑enabled reporting agent to help users retrieve and interpret portfolio information.

Key responsibilities

• Collect and structure project data (budgets, forecasts, milestones, risks, KPIs) from approved sources, perform first‑level checks and maintain a consolidated portfolio view.
• Create and improve cost, planning and KPI dashboards using Microsoft Power Platform tools, preparing data dictionaries and user guidance.
• Define priority user questions for an intelligent reporting agent, configure prototypes, design concise responses and ensure responsible AI principles.
• Support interviews and workshops for new digital initiatives, capture objectives, maintain initiative logs and assist with preliminary budgeting.
• Compile purchase‑order documentation, track legal review workflows and assist with PO preparation under supervision.

Required profile

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in engineering, information systems, data analytics, finance, business or project management.
• Curious, analytical, detail‑oriented and comfortable collaborating with both technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
