Business Operations Manager

About the role

We are looking for a Business Operations Manager to drive cross‑functional clarity and improve end‑to‑end processes within our Employer of Record (EOR) operations. You will partner with senior leaders to enable scalable execution, measurable outcomes and adoption of changes across multiple teams.

Key responsibilities

• Lead cross‑functional projects from ideation through execution, including requirements gathering, scope definition, milestone planning and impact measurement.
• Identify systemic operational gaps across EOR and design solutions to improve efficiency, clarity and scalability.
• Facilitate alignment among teams with differing priorities and influence outcomes without direct authority.
• Develop and maintain operational metrics, reporting dashboards and data‑driven insights.
• Incorporate AI tools to enhance workflows and solution design where they add measurable value.

Required profile

• Proven experience in business operations, program or project management, or operational excellence, preferably in EOR or a related environment.
• Strong ability to manage ambiguous, multi‑stakeholder initiatives from problem definition to delivery and adoption.
• Excellent written communication and comfort with async, transparent collaboration.
• Self‑directed, high ownership and ability to work independently.
• Judgment to balance speed, risk and escalation needs.
