Crew Coordinator

About the role

The Crew Coordinator will act as the central point of contact for crew administration within Fraser Yachts’ Monaco office, ensuring smooth crew movements, compliance and well‑being across a fleet of super‑yachts.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise allocation of primary and secondary fleets, managing 200‑400 crew members.
• Oversee monthly payroll, liaise with owners’ offices for funding, crewing and social security matters.
• Prepare and revise annual crew salary and expenditure budgets.
• Enroll, file and monitor crew medical coverage and claims.
• Draft and issue SEAs, addendums, NDAs, training and termination agreements.
• Coordinate with third‑party offshore employers for employment documentation.
• Monitor crew document validity, probation periods, performance reviews and exit interviews.
• Handle grievance and disciplinary procedures at management level.
• Conduct internal audits of seafarer documentation for ISM/ISPS and MLC 2006 compliance.
• Support vessels during port and flag audits and arrange transport and accommodation for crew changes.

Required profile

• 3‑5 years of experience in crew coordination or a similar maritime HR role.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask and meet short‑notice deadlines.
• Understanding of maritime qualifications, training structures and flag‑state requirements.
• Flexibility to travel to vessels at least once a year.
• Fluent written and spoken English; French or Italian a plus.
