Business Performance Monitoring & BI Specialist

About the role

AKTG, a travel holding that owns Abercrombie & Kent and Crystal Cruises, is seeking a Business Performance Monitoring & BI Specialist. You will design, implement and maintain performance monitoring systems that enable strategic and operational decisions across a global travel business.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement KPI frameworks and business performance monitoring models.
• Gather and translate business requirements into reporting and analytics solutions.
• Develop, maintain and enhance dashboards, scorecards and executive reporting tools.
• Ensure data consistency, quality and governance across reporting environments.
• Analyze performance trends and deliver actionable insights to management.
• Collaborate with sales, operations, finance and customer service to define critical metrics.
• Support automation and optimisation of reporting processes.
• Work closely with IT and data‑engineering teams on data integration and system enhancements.
• Monitor the performance of BI solutions and continuously improve usability.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, Business Analytics or a related field.
• Proven experience in Business Intelligence, Performance Management or Data Analytics.
• Strong knowledge of KPI design and performance measurement methodologies.
• Experience with BI and data‑visualisation tools such as Power BI, Tableau or Qlik.
• Business knowledge of the travel industry, especially cruise lines, tour operators or destination management companies.
• Good knowledge of SQL and relational databases.
• Understanding of data modelling and reporting architectures.
