Business Performance Monitoring & BI Specialist

About the role

AKTG, the travel holding behind Abercrombie & Kent and Crystal Cruises, is seeking a Business Performance Monitoring & BI Specialist. You will design, implement and maintain performance monitoring systems that enable strategic and operational decision‑making across a global travel organization.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement KPI frameworks and business performance monitoring models.
• Gather business requirements and translate them into reporting and analytics solutions.
• Develop, maintain and enhance dashboards, scorecards and executive reporting tools.
• Ensure data consistency, quality and governance across reporting environments.
• Analyze performance trends and deliver actionable insights to management.
• Collaborate with sales, operations, finance, customer service and other functions to define critical metrics.
• Support automation and optimisation of reporting processes.
• Work closely with IT and data engineering teams on data integration and system enhancements.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, Business Analytics or a related field.
• Proven experience in Business Intelligence, performance management or data analytics.
• Strong knowledge of KPI design and performance measurement methodologies.
• Familiarity with the travel, cruise or tour‑operator industry is a plus.

Required skills

• Power BI, Tableau or Qlik (or similar data‑visualisation tools).
• SQL and relational database concepts.
• Data modelling and reporting architecture understanding.
