About the role

YACHTZOO is seeking an experienced independent Charter Broker to join its Monaco team. The role offers a dedicated desk in the Monaco office and operates on a commission‑only basis, allowing you to leverage your existing network within the international charter market.

Key responsibilities

• Generate and close charter bookings while maintaining strong client relationships.
• Develop new business opportunities and nurture existing client accounts.
• Maintain close relationships with captains, crew, charter managers and industry partners.
• Participate actively in yacht shows, familiarisation trips and industry events.
• Network continuously within the yachting sector to source leads and stay informed on market trends.

Required profile

• Current MYBA membership.
• Established client and industry network.
• Strong negotiation and client‑management abilities.
• Commercially driven, self‑motivated and professional approach.
• High ethical standards and a desire to work within a close‑knit office team.
