Client Advisor – Luxury Boutique (Monte Carlo)

About the role

Etro is seeking a passionate Client Advisor to join its Monte Carlo boutique. You will be the face of the brand, delivering an exceptional luxury experience to discerning customers while embodying Etro’s heritage and values.

Key responsibilities

• Provide high‑level customer service, assisting clients and exceeding their expectations.
• Demonstrate deep knowledge of Etro products, history, and the brand’s selling ceremony.
• Advise customers on fashion trends and luxury market developments.
• Contribute to achieving store sales targets and business growth.
• Develop and maintain client relationships through effective CRM strategies.
• Support visual merchandising in line with Etro guidelines.
• Manage product replenishment and conduct regular inventory checks.
• Uphold Etro grooming standards and brand policies.

Required profile

• Strong passion for fashion and luxury.
• Previous experience in a similar fashion retail role.
• Proven ability to drive individual and store results.
• Excellent commercial awareness and customer‑focused attitude.
• Team‑player with strong communication skills.
• Fluent in English and French; Russian language required (additional languages a plus).
