Client Advisor – Luxury Retail (Monaco, Fixed‑term)

About the role

As a Client Advisor for Prada in Monaco, you will act as the brand ambassador, delivering an exceptional luxury experience to every customer. This fixed‑term position (June‑August) focuses on driving sales, building lasting client relationships, and promoting the Prada philosophy.

Key responsibilities

• Create a welcoming environment and guide clients through the "client journey ceremony".
• Capture and manage customer data in the company CRM to personalize future interactions.
• Promote an omni‑channel mindset and collaborate with colleagues across departments.
• Engage in cross‑selling, meet individual sales targets and KPIs.
• Stay informed on fashion trends, competitors, and product knowledge.
• Handle customer complaints, escalating to the line manager when needed.
• Maintain high standards of visual merchandising, shop floor presentation, and stock procedures.
• Ensure store security and help prevent product theft.

Required profile

• Passion for selling and luxury fashion.
• Interest in art, design and current fashion trends.
• Proven ability to build long‑lasting client relationships.
• Strong communication, interpersonal and teamwork skills.
• Ambitious, resilient, self‑motivated and results‑driven.
• Fluent in French and English; Italian is a plus.
