Client Advisor – Luxury Retail (Monte Carlo)

About the role

Etro is seeking a full‑time Client Advisor for its boutique in Monte Carlo. The successful candidate will deliver high‑quality service, embody the brand’s heritage, and help customers discover Etro’s unique fashion and lifestyle collections.

Key responsibilities

• Provide an exceptional customer experience by understanding and exceeding client needs.
• Demonstrate deep knowledge of Etro products, history, and heritage during the selling ceremony.
• Advise clients on fashion trends and luxury market developments.
• Contribute to achieving store sales targets and business growth.
• Develop and maintain customer relationships through CRM strategies.
• Support visual merchandising in line with Etro guidelines.
• Assist with stock replenishment and inventory control.
• Uphold Etro grooming standards and company policies.

Required profile

• Strong passion for fashion and luxury.
• Previous experience in a similar fashion retail role.
• Ability to drive individual and store results with commercial awareness.
• Adaptability to diverse customer needs.
• Team‑player with excellent communication skills.
• Fluent in English and French; additional languages (Italian, Russian) are a plus.
