Client Advisor – Luxury Retail (Monte Carlo)

About the role

Etro is seeking a dedicated Client Advisor to join its boutique in Monte Carlo. You will deliver high‑quality service, embody the brand’s heritage, and help customers discover the world of Etro’s luxury fashion and accessories.

Key responsibilities

• Provide an exceptional customer experience, guiding clients through the Etro selling ceremony.
• Share in‑depth knowledge of Etro products, history, and heritage.
• Advise customers on fashion trends and luxury market developments.
• Achieve store sales targets and contribute to business growth.
• Develop and maintain client relationships using CRM strategies.
• Collaborate with the team to ensure effective communication and group dynamics.
• Assist in visual merchandising according to Etro guidelines.
• Support inventory management and product replenishment.
• Uphold Etro grooming standards and company policies.

Required profile

• Deep passion for fashion and luxury.
• Previous experience in a similar fashion retail role.
• Proven ability to meet and exceed individual and store sales goals.
• Strong commercial awareness and customer‑focused attitude.
• Adaptability to diverse client needs.
• Team‑player with excellent communication skills.
• Comfortable working in a dynamic, fast‑paced environment.
• Fluent in English and French; Russian language proficiency required (additional languages a plus).
