Client Advisor – Russian Speaker (Miu Miu)

About the role

The Client Advisor will act as an ambassador for Miu Miu, delivering an exceptional luxury experience to customers in Monaco. Fluent in Russian, French and English, you will guide clients through the brand’s philosophy, foster strong relationships, and drive sales performance.

Key responsibilities

• Create a welcoming environment and provide personalized service throughout the client journey.
• Capture and maintain client data in the CRM to enable tailored communication and future sales opportunities.
• Collaborate with colleagues across departments to maximize cross‑selling and achieve individual sales targets and KPIs.
• Stay informed on fashion trends, competitor activity, and product knowledge to advise clients effectively.
• Handle customer complaints professionally, escalating to management when necessary.
• Maintain high standards of visual merchandising, shop floor presentation, and security to prevent theft.

Required profile

• Passion for luxury fashion, art and design.
• Proven ability to build lasting client relationships.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ambitious, resilient, self‑motivated and results‑driven.
• Fluent spoken French, English and Russian; additional languages are a plus.

Required skills
