Communication Assistant Intern

About the role

The International University of Monaco is looking for a creative Communication Assistant Intern to support its communication team for a 4‑6 month period starting September 2026. This role offers hands‑on experience in content creation, graphic design, video production and social media management within a dynamic academic environment.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in producing engaging multimedia content for social media, the university website and newsletters.
• Design graphics and layouts for marketing materials, presentations and campaigns using Canva and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Plan, shoot and edit short‑form videos with PlayPlay or Capcut for promotional purposes.
• Support the planning and execution of social media strategies, including the university’s TikTok channel.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams on ongoing projects and conduct market research on industry trends.

Required profile

• Currently enrolled in a bachelor’s or master’s program in Communication or a related field.
• Strong written and verbal English skills; French or Italian is a plus.
• Portfolio of creative work is highly appreciated.
• Positive attitude, flexibility and ability to manage multiple tasks.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Canva and Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign.
• Experience using video editing tools such as PlayPlay or Capcut.
• Familiarity with social media platforms and best practices, especially TikTok.
