Consultant Fonctionnel Finance – Monaco

About the role

Innova Solutions is seeking a Finance Functional Consultant to work on‑site with a private banking/asset‑management client in Monaco. You will act as the bridge between business users and technical teams, ensuring the solution meets daily operational needs.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the functional interface between private banks, asset‑management firms and technical/product teams.
• Gather business requirements, track requests and manage anomalies.
• Oversee file imports and connections with custodians, monitoring, controlling and resolving discrepancies.
• Translate business needs into clear technical specifications.
• Provide first‑level functional support before escalating to technical teams.
• Participate in functional configuration of the solution according to each client’s specifics.
• Maintain long‑term client relationship as the primary point of contact.

Required profile

• 5‑10 years of experience in private banking or asset‑management environments.
• Strong knowledge of order entry, position monitoring, valuation and client reporting processes.
• Familiarity with the specific challenges faced by asset‑management companies.
• Excellent client‑facing skills and service orientation.
• Fluent French; English knowledge is a plus.
• Higher education degree (business school, engineering or equivalent).

Required skills

• SQL Server (read‑only data consultation).
