Corporate & Residence Receptionist – Luxury Concierge (Monaco)

About the role

AC PRIVATE, an ultra‑luxury private concierge house, seeks a corporate/residence receptionist to welcome high‑net‑worth private clientele in Monaco. You will be the first face of the house, providing discreet, referral‑only service for HNWI, UHNWI and family offices.

Key responsibilities

• Manage in‑person and telephone reception at a private residence or corporate headquarters in Monaco.
• Handle visitors, deliveries, diaries and coordination of providers.
• Maintain the impeccable upkeep and atmosphere of reception areas.
• Screen, direct and respond with tact and efficiency.
• Guarantee a confidential and perfectly organised service.

Required profile

• Experience in premium reception, concierge or luxury hospitality.
• Refined presentation, elegance and a strong sense of service.
• Organisation, discretion and excellent interpersonal skills.
• Command of office software.
• Fluent French and English; additional languages are an asset.
