Customer Support, Success & Operations Internship (Monaco)

About the role

This 6‑month internship places you at the heart of Carlo Monaco’s ecosystem, connecting merchants, users, and internal teams. You will help ensure smooth daily operations, support merchant onboarding, and contribute to a high‑quality app experience in a fast‑growing payment and loyalty platform.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain regular contact with partner merchants, answering requests and guiding them on app usage.
• Collect merchant feedback and support continuous service improvement.
• Perform on‑site visits to verify QR code, poster, and sticker installations.
• Assist with merchant‑organized events and operational activities.
• Handle user and merchant inquiries via email, WhatsApp, phone, and in‑person, using CRM tools (Salesforce) to track tickets.
• Resolve issues related to accounts, payments, and app usage.
• Support daily operational needs of internal teams and help prepare materials for initiatives.
• Contribute to improving onboarding and support processes.

Required profile

• Junior student (first or second year of higher education or BTS) in sales, management, customer relations or a related field.
• Motivated, curious, and committed with a strong willingness to learn.
• Fluent French and good command of written and spoken English.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM tools, especially Salesforce.
