DeepTech Co-Founder / Head of Engineering (100% remote)

About the role

We are seeking ambitious entrepreneurs to become a DeepTech Co‑Founder and Head of Engineering for a brand‑new startup. The position is fully remote and offers a salary (or optional funding up to €500k) while you build and scale the company.

Key responsibilities

• Own, build, and run a DeepTech startup from concept to market.
• Iterate the product until product‑market‑fit is achieved.
• Lead technical development and engineering teams, hiring talent through a network of 50,000 professionals.
• Collaborate weekly with experienced unicorn founders for strategic guidance.
• Prepare the startup for multi‑million‑euro funding rounds.

Required profile

• Based in Europe or the Americas, or willing to relocate.
• Ready to take full responsibility for scaling a startup to €100M+ revenue.
• Excellent communication skills in English.
