DeepTech Co-Founder / Head of Sales (Remote)

About the role

We are seeking an ambitious entrepreneur to act as Co‑Founder and Head of Sales for a new DeepTech venture. The role is fully remote and offers the chance to build and scale a startup from the ground up, backed by experienced serial entrepreneurs.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute the sales strategy to achieve €100M+ revenue targets.
• Lead the creation of a sales organisation, including hiring, training and performance management.
• Work closely with product and engineering teams to align market feedback with product development.
• Drive customer acquisition, partnership development and go‑to‑market initiatives.
• Prepare and present the startup to investors to secure multi‑million‑euro funding.

Required profile

• Based in Europe or the Americas and willing to relocate if needed.
• Strong entrepreneurial mindset with a willingness to take full responsibility for a startup.
• Excellent English communication skills.
• Aim to scale a company to €1 billion+ valuation.
