About the role
We are seeking an experienced Design Manager to lead the design coordination for a major façade construction project in Monte Carlo. The role will own the design process from development through to installation, ensuring technical, architectural and construction requirements are aligned.
Key responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate façade design activities across the project.
- Review technical drawings, specifications and design submissions.
- Coordinate architects, engineers, suppliers and installation teams.
- Support procurement, fabrication and site teams with design information.
- Monitor design progress against key project milestones and ensure compliance with standards.
Required profile
- Right to work in the EU.
- Fluent English; French and/or Italian advantageous.
- Proven experience delivering façade, cladding, curtain walling or glazing projects.
- Technical understanding of cladding systems, façade interfaces, fixings and construction detailing.
- Strong communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
