Project Manager – Façade Construction (Monte Carlo)

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead a major façade construction project in Monte Carlo for a leading international façade specialist. The role covers the full project lifecycle from design and procurement through to installation and handover, ensuring programme, commercial coordination and stakeholder management are delivered to the highest standards.

Key responsibilities

• Lead day‑to‑day delivery of the façade package across the project lifecycle.
• Manage programme, milestones, dependencies and critical‑path activities.
• Coordinate design, procurement, fabrication, logistics and installation teams.
• Track performance against programme, cost, quality and time targets.
• Produce and maintain project reports, dashboards and progress updates using MS Project and Power BI.
• Identify risks and delays, implement mitigation measures, and manage subcontractors, suppliers and key interfaces.
• Liaise with client, consultants and internal stakeholders to ensure contractual, quality and HSE compliance.

Required profile

• Right to work in the EU.
• Fluent English; French and/or Italian highly advantageous.
• Proven experience managing complex construction projects, preferably in façade, cladding, glazing or building envelope.
• Strong understanding of project planning, cost control, risk, procurement and change management.
• Experience managing subcontractors, suppliers, consultants and client stakeholders.
• Relevant construction, engineering or project‑management qualification preferred.
