Finance Manager – Lead Finance Team & Drive Process Improvement

About the role

Our client, an international group based in Monaco, is seeking a Finance Manager to lead a growing finance function. You will combine team leadership, financial oversight, and continuous process improvement within a dynamic, multinational environment.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, coach and develop a team of finance professionals, fostering collaboration and high performance.
• Review, streamline and strengthen financial processes to support a growing business.
• Oversee financial activities across multiple entities, ensuring accuracy, consistency and compliance with internal standards.
• Coordinate budgeting, financial reporting, statutory accounts and audit preparation while meeting strict deadlines.
• Partner with operational stakeholders to provide financial guidance for informed decision‑making.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure effective communication and smooth financial operations.
• Identify opportunities to improve existing practices, optimise workflows and contribute to the continuous development of the finance function.

Required profile

• Fluent English (essential).
• Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or a related field.
• Proven experience in a finance leadership role within an international environment.
• Strong people‑management skills with the ability to motivate and develop high‑performing teams.
• Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, service‑driven business where priorities evolve quickly.
• Excellent communication and relationship‑building abilities.
• Highly organised, adaptable and able to balance operational demands with long‑term objectives.
