French Customer Support Representative – Remote in Greece

About the role

We are seeking fluent French speakers to join our Customer Experience Project in Greece. The position is remote, with the expectation that you will be based in Athens after relocation, allowing you to enjoy a Mediterranean lifestyle while delivering high‑quality support to our users.

Key responsibilities

• Provide customer support via phone, email, and chat in French.
• Assist users with account issues, content reports, and platform queries.
• Resolve inquiries efficiently while maintaining service quality standards.
• Log interactions accurately in internal CRM systems.
• Meet productivity and quality targets set by the team.
• Promote community safety and product understanding.

Required profile

• Fluent French (C1/C2 level) and good English (B2+ level) for internal communication.
• Strong interpersonal and analytical abilities.
• Solutions‑driven mindset with a genuine passion for helping others.
• Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, multicultural environment.
• No prior experience required; full training will be provided.

Required skills

• Experience with CRM software.

What we offer

• Base salary of €1,050 gross per month, paid 14 times per year.
• Performance bonus up to 10%.
