French-English Customer Support Associate

About the role

We are looking for a proactive French-English Customer Support Associate to join our global team. In this remote position you will assist customers from French-speaking regions through voice calls and live chat, ensuring every interaction is professional, clear and friendly.

Key responsibilities

• Provide timely, accurate support in French and English via phone and chat.
• Troubleshoot customer issues and guide them step-by-step to resolution.
• Log all interactions precisely in our support system.
• Identify recurring trends and share feedback to improve processes.
• Collaborate with teammates to stay aligned on priorities and updates.
• Represent the brand with care, professionalism and patience.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of remote or online customer service experience.
• Fluent in both French and English, written and spoken.
• Calm, solution-focused attitude under pressure.
• Familiarity with e-commerce and CRM environments is a plus.

Required skills

• Experience with Gorgias, Zendesk, Shopify or similar support tools.
• Basic knowledge of CRM systems.
