French-speaking Customer Care Representative – Remote

About the role

We are seeking a French‑speaking Customer Care Representative to join our remote team supporting a mobile phone rental service in France. You will handle inbound calls, provide clear assistance, and ensure a positive experience for our customers.

Key responsibilities

• Answer inbound customer support calls.
• Assist users with inquiries related to mobile phone rentals and services.
• Communicate clearly, friendly, and professionally.
• Resolve customer concerns efficiently.
• Accurately document interactions and follow internal processes.

Required profile

• C2 level French and strong English (C1).
• Previous experience in customer support, especially inbound calls.
• Excellent communication and problem‑solving abilities.
• Comfortable working independently in a fully remote environment.

Required skills

• Stable wired internet connection (LAN).
• Desktop or laptop running Windows 11 or macOS 14.
• Minimum 1.8 GHz processor, 8 GB RAM, 10 GB free disk space.
• Wired USB headset.
