French‑Speaking Customer Support Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a bilingual French‑English Customer Support Specialist to join our fully remote team. In this role you will be the first point of contact for French‑speaking customers, assisting them via phone, live chat and email while delivering friendly, efficient service.

Key responsibilities

• Provide top‑tier support in French and English through voice calls and chat interactions.
• Troubleshoot customer issues, offering clear and effective resolutions.
• Build strong relationships by communicating empathetically and professionally.
• Collaborate with teammates to ensure consistent, high‑quality service.
• Gather and relay customer feedback to improve tools and processes.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of remote or online experience in customer service or a similar role.
• Fluent in both French and English, written and spoken.
• Calm, solution‑focused attitude under pressure.
• Familiarity with e‑commerce and CRM environments is a plus.

Required skills

• Experience with support platforms such as Gorgias, Zendesk or Shopify.
