Full-Time Daily Nanny – Monaco & International Travel

About the role

A private family based in Monaco is looking for a professional, full‑time Daily Nanny to care for their 3½‑year‑old daughter. The role combines on‑site childcare with occasional international travel, requiring flexibility, consistency, and a nurturing approach.

Key responsibilities

• Provide attentive, age‑appropriate care in a safe, nurturing environment.
• Plan and lead developmentally suitable activities such as arts & crafts, early science, reading and outdoor play.
• Maintain consistent daily routines including meals, naps, playtime and educational activities.
• Prepare simple, nutritious meals and snacks, supporting healthy eating habits.
• Keep the child’s spaces clean, organized and hygienic.
• Set kind, consistent boundaries and support healthy sleep routines.
• Assist the mother and child with appointments, outings and other engagements.
• Travel with the family and maintain consistent care and routines while abroad.
• Collaborate and communicate effectively with parents and household staff.

Required profile

• Extensive nanny experience with verifiable references for children of similar age.
• Relevant childcare training (e.g., Early Years, Montessori, CACHE) or equivalent education.
• Calm, patient, observant and discreet, with a strong commitment to confidentiality.
• Highly organised, reliable and flexible, able to work independently when required.
• Valid EU passport and travel eligibility for destinations including South Africa.
• Current First Aid and CPR certification; confident swimmer.
• French or Italian language skills are a plus, not mandatory.
