Group FP&A Manager

About the role
AKTG is looking for a Global FP&A Manager based in Monaco to lead financial planning, forecasting, reporting and performance analytics across its worldwide travel portfolio, which includes tour operators, destination management companies, camps, lodges, river cruise and ocean cruise businesses. Reporting to the Senior Director of FP&A, the role provides end‑to‑end visibility of income‑statement performance and supports data‑driven decision‑making at senior level.
Key responsibilities
- Coordinate and consolidate monthly reporting, annual budgeting and rolling forecasts across all business segments.
- Provide full visibility of income‑statement performance, including variance analysis and performance tracking.
- Drive consistency and standardisation of FP&A processes, assumptions and reporting frameworks.
- Develop and maintain robust financial models, scenario‑planning and long‑range planning inputs.
- Integrate insights from Commercial Finance, Revenue Management and Operations to deliver high‑quality revenue and margin analysis.
- Monitor key cost drivers, conduct functional cost analysis and identify risks and opportunities.
- Maintain cash‑flow forecasts, liquidity and working‑capital visibility.
- Support and track capital‑expenditure projects, ensuring alignment with strategic priorities.
- Contribute to executive reporting, KPI dashboards and cross‑segment performance insights.
- Assist strategic initiatives, transformation projects and performance‑improvement programmes.
- Support investment decisions and business‑case development where required.
Required profile
- 5–8+ years of experience in FP&A or related finance roles.
- Experience in travel, hospitality, tours, DMC or cruise industries is a plus.
- Strong financial modelling, forecasting and analytical capabilities.
- Proven ability to turn complex data into clear insights for senior stakeholders.
- Comfortable working across multiple geographies and business models.
- Excellent communication skills with confidence to engage senior leadership.
- Proactive, detail‑oriented and effective in a matrixed, international environment.
