Group Human Resources Specialist

About the role

The Group Human Resources Specialist provides front‑line HR support to managers and teams in Monaco while collaborating with the wider Group HR function on projects, governance and strategy implementation. This hands‑on role requires sound judgement and the ability to operate in a fast‑paced, international environment.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with managers on recruitment, from approval to hiring, ensuring compliance with Monegasque recruiting practices.
• Prepare contracts and offer letters in coordination with Group HR and the General Manager.
• Administer onboarding for new hires and off‑boarding for leavers using BambooHR.
• Maintain compliance with local employment law and provide first‑line HR advice to managers and staff.
• Support BambooHR data governance for both Monaco and Antibes locations.
• Contribute to Group HR initiatives such as GDPR governance, annual performance appraisals, culture and engagement strategy, OKR implementation, and policy updates.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience as an HR Advisor or HR Generalist.
• CIPD or Master’s degree in Human Resources or related field.
• Working knowledge of French employment law and willingness to develop expertise in Monaco legislation.
• Fluent in English and French, both written and spoken.
• Strong organisational skills, attention to detail and professional communication style.
