Head of Spa – Luxury Superyacht

About the role

AHS is seeking an experienced Head of Spa to lead the wellness experience aboard the 107‑meter superyacht M/Y Amadea. This senior position combines luxury hospitality standards with the unique environment of a high‑end yacht, ensuring every guest receives personalized, flawless service.

Key responsibilities

• Direct all onboard spa operations, maintaining the ultra‑luxury standards expected by high‑net‑worth guests.
• Manage spa team scheduling, training, and performance to guarantee seamless daily service.
• Design and deliver bespoke wellness treatments tailored to individual guest preferences.
• Oversee spa inventory, product ordering, and treatment‑room presentation at all times.
• Ensure hygiene, safety, and service protocols comply with superyacht and luxury hospitality regulations.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of spa experience on luxury yachts 90 m+ with a proven track record of longevity.
• Demonstrated ability to manage spa teams, scheduling, and training.
• Experience handling spa inventory and maintaining high treatment standards.
• History of serving VIP or ultra‑high‑net‑worth clientele.
• Possession of all required yacht certificates for the role.
• Fluent English communication skills.
