HR Director

About the role

We are looking for an experienced, hands‑on Human Resources Director to shape and lead the HR function for an international client with offices in Monaco. As a senior member of the leadership team, you will design and implement a modern HR framework that drives business growth, employee development, and high performance.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute the HR strategy aligned with business objectives.
• Advise senior leadership on all people‑related matters.
• Support organisational design, workforce planning and change‑management initiatives.
• Build career development, succession planning and talent‑review processes.
• Create competency frameworks, career paths and leadership development programmes.
• Design and manage a robust performance‑management system.
• Establish salary grading, compensation structures and conduct market benchmarking.
• Review and optimise employee benefits and HR policies.
• Standardise employee lifecycle processes (onboarding, mobility, off‑boarding).
• Develop HR reporting, KPIs and workforce analytics while ensuring legal compliance.

Required profile

• Minimum 10 years of progressive HR experience, including senior leadership roles.
• Proven track record of building or transforming HR functions in international, fast‑growing organisations.
• Experience designing HR processes and frameworks from the ground up.
• Previous experience in Monaco is a plus.
• Fluency in English and French.
