About the role
We are looking for an experienced, hands‑on Human Resources Director to shape and lead the HR function for an international client with offices in Monaco. As a senior member of the leadership team, you will design and implement a modern HR framework that drives business growth, employee development, and high performance.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and execute the HR strategy aligned with business objectives.
- Advise senior leadership on all people‑related matters.
- Support organisational design, workforce planning and change‑management initiatives.
- Build career development, succession planning and talent‑review processes.
- Create competency frameworks, career paths and leadership development programmes.
- Design and manage a robust performance‑management system.
- Establish salary grading, compensation structures and conduct market benchmarking.
- Review and optimise employee benefits and HR policies.
- Standardise employee lifecycle processes (onboarding, mobility, off‑boarding).
- Develop HR reporting, KPIs and workforce analytics while ensuring legal compliance.
Required profile
- Minimum 10 years of progressive HR experience, including senior leadership roles.
- Proven track record of building or transforming HR functions in international, fast‑growing organisations.
- Experience designing HR processes and frameworks from the ground up.
- Previous experience in Monaco is a plus.
- Fluency in English and French.
