About the role

The British School of Monaco is entering an exciting growth phase and seeks an experienced Human Resources Manager to build and lead its HR function. You will act as a strategic partner to the leadership team, supporting a diverse international community of teachers and administrative staff.

Key responsibilities

• Lead recruitment and talent acquisition for both local and international positions.
• Manage employee relations and performance management processes.
• Oversee Monaco payroll and ensure full HR compliance with local legislation.
• Develop and maintain HR policies and procedures aligned with Monaco law.
• Promote staff wellbeing and professional development initiatives.
• Support the school’s continued growth as a leading international institution in Monaco.

Required profile

• Significant HR experience within Monaco.
• Confidence in managing payroll and strong knowledge of Monaco employment law.
• Ability to thrive in an international, multicultural environment.
• Fluency in English and French.
• Passion for building processes while keeping people at the heart of HR.
• Experience in an international school or education setting is a strong advantage.
