Investment Operations Senior Specialist

About the role

Reporting to the Investment Head, you will be a core member of the investment team and a subject‑matter expert on technically focused initiatives. The role combines strong project delivery with close collaboration across technology, settlements and custody functions to support investment operations and drive process improvement.

Key responsibilities

• Support day‑to‑day Private Bank and Wealth Management initiatives, including processing, reviewing, reporting and issue resolution for accounts, products and services.
• Collaborate with Technology and partner teams to translate business requirements into well‑controlled solutions, focusing on settlements, custody and operational resilience.
• Identify areas for improvement, develop and implement procedures and controls to mitigate risk and enhance efficiency.
• Lead or contribute to projects and initiatives that drive process improvement, digital transformation and strategic alignment across the bank.

Required profile

• Proven experience in investment activities with strong understanding of investment and operational processes.
• Solid project‑management background, including defining business requirements and working closely with technology teams.
• Good knowledge of settlements, custody management and related controls.
• Strong stakeholder‑management and communication skills in English and French.
• Experience with Avaloq in an investment or operations context is highly valued.
