IT Strategy & Innovation Manager

About the role

As the IT Strategy & Innovation Manager, you will shape and continuously evolve the corporate IT vision and multi‑year strategy for a leading organization in Monaco. You will act as a trusted advisor to senior leadership, turning technology trends, performance insights, and emerging risks into clear investment priorities, sourcing strategies, and roadmaps that deliver measurable business value.

Key responsibilities

• Define, own, and continuously update the corporate IT Strategy and rolling 3‑year plan, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
• Translate the strategy into executive‑level narratives supported by KPIs, scorecards, and a governance framework.
• Develop and maintain Corporate AI Guidance, including vision, governance principles, decision frameworks, and enterprise guardrails.
• Own the business capability map and heatmaps, linking platforms, solutions, and initiatives to value, risk, and readiness.
• Establish the IT Innovation process within the broader corporate innovation framework, managing intake, prioritisation, governance, and scaling.
• Lead the IT Innovation community, fostering collaboration across business and IT stakeholders.
• Manage the Emerging Technology Radar and decision forums to influence architecture and investment planning.
• Collaborate with Enterprise Architecture, Data, Security, Risk, and Delivery teams to ensure compliant, feasible, and value‑driven solutions.
• Prepare and present executive‑level materials and facilitate structured reviews with senior leadership.
• Monitor execution, benefits realisation, and risk exposure, providing recommendations for continuous improvement.
• Lead and develop a small team of two direct reports.

Required profile

• Master’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Digital Transformation, Strategy, or Technology Management (preferred).
• Relevant certifications such as TOGAF, COBIT, or ITIL are highly desirable.
• Strong knowledge of modern IT landscapes, especially Microsoft Azure and Azure Data & AI platforms.
• Proven experience in IT strategy, innovation management, and AI governance.
