Junior IT Support

About the role

Hill Robinson is seeking a Junior IT Support technician to join its Monaco office. The role focuses on providing user support for Windows and Microsoft 365 environments, with occasional hands‑on tasks such as installation, integration, and cabling. Travel to the Antibes office and remote locations may be required.

Key responsibilities

• Provide technical support for computer hardware and software to staff via phone, in person, or remotely.
• Log bugs, problems, and enhancement requests.
• Perform hardware and software installations, configurations, and updates.
• Maintain accurate accounting of branch assets, including purchased hardware.
• Collaborate within a globally distributed IT team operating under an evolving governance framework.

Required profile

• Bilingual French/English with strong communication skills.
• Ability to work under tight deadlines and deliver results with professionalism.
• Excellent teamwork, customer service, and documentation abilities.

Required skills

• Strong working knowledge of Windows operating systems.
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365 services (Intune, SharePoint, MS Teams).
• Understanding of internal networks; CCNA certification is an asset.
• Experience with network configuration, telephony, and firewalls.
• Hands‑on skills in hardware installation, software installation, and cabling.
