Legal & Operations Manager (Hybrid)

About the role

Athos Partners, an independent private‑equity advisory firm, is seeking a versatile Legal & Operations Manager to support a wide range of legal, HR, compliance and operational activities. The position is hybrid, combining rigorous legal work with hands‑on coordination and Excel‑based tracking.

Key responsibilities

• Draft, review and monitor contracts and other legal documents.
• Maintain and update internal policies, procedures and compliance records.
• Coordinate with external counsel and service providers as needed.
• Support recruitment, onboarding, reference checks and HR administration.
• Track internal performance, staff follow‑up and maintain SOPs.
• Manage procurement trackers, resource allocation and KYC matters.
• Prepare and update Excel trackers for recruitment, HR, resource allocation and reporting.
• Produce clear internal overviews for management and monitor key deadlines.

Required profile

• Law degree or solid legal background.
• Strong interest in combining legal duties with operational and HR responsibilities.
• Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
• Fluent English; French is a plus.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Excel, including formulas and structured trackers.
