Longevity Co-Founder / Head of Engineering (Remote)

About the role

We are looking for an ambitious entrepreneur to act as Co‑Founder and Head of Engineering for a new longevity‑focused startup. The position is fully remote and offers direct employment with a salary while you build the company, or the option to receive up to €500 k in funding.

Key responsibilities

• Own, build and run a longevity‑focused startup from concept to scale.
• Participate in a personalised development programme with weekly 1:1 sparring from unicorn founders.
• Leverage a network of over 50 000 professionals to hire top‑notch talent.
• Receive intensive coaching to prepare the venture for multi‑million‑euro funding rounds.
• Iterate the product until product‑market‑fit is achieved and help build sales and marketing engines.

Required profile

• Based in Europe or the Americas, or willing to relocate.
• Ready to take full responsibility for a startup and aim for €100 M+ revenue.
• Excellent communication skills in English.
