Mechanical Equipment Engineer

About the role

Join a dynamic team delivering innovative engineering solutions for energy projects in Monaco. As a Mechanical Equipment Engineer you will design, optimise and ensure the reliability of mechanical equipment that meets strategic and operational goals.

Key responsibilities

• Select methods and procedures for mechanical design and optimisation.
• Plan and complete activities and deliverables within agreed time frames.
• Ensure compliance with international codes, company standards and regulations.
• Deliver scope of work in line with contractual and internal requirements.
• Apply lessons learned to assess change impacts across project boundaries.
• Coordinate with vendors, subcontractors and third parties as required.

Required profile

• Engineer diploma in a relevant discipline.
• 0 to 5 years of experience in any industry.
• Ability to work full‑time on a 6‑month to 1‑year contract.

Required skills

• Proficiency with engineering design and calculation tools.
• Concept development capability.
• Experience with mechanical static equipment.
• Detailed design expertise.
• Systems engineering knowledge.
• Inspection, testing, commissioning and monitoring skills.
• Package engineering and manufacturing experience.
• Understanding of reliability, operability and safety principles.
• Strong analytical problem‑solving ability.
