About the role
Join a dynamic team as a Rotating Equipment Principal Engineer, driving operational efficiency, safety, and sustainability in the oil & gas sector. This full‑time contract position is based in Monaco and offers the chance to lead strategic projects and mentor junior engineers.
Key responsibilities
- Develop safe, high‑quality technical solutions without supervision.
- Resolve complex technical issues to meet project and discipline deliverables.
- Collaborate with regional peers to share knowledge and act as a consultant.
- Work with Discipline Manager and leads to continuously improve quality and efficiency.
- Stay current with industry developments and promote technical capability.
- Serve as Discipline Lead, Technical Expert, or Engineering Method Authority for assigned scopes.
Required profile
- Engineer diploma in a relevant discipline.
- More than 25 years of experience in the oil & gas industry.
- Proven ability to lead technical teams and mentor less experienced engineers.
