Onboard Media Specialist

About the role

The Onboard Media Specialist will lead the creation, publishing, and quality control of all guest‑facing media across the Ritz‑Carlton Yacht Collection fleet. Working directly on board, you will ensure that printed and digital communications reflect the brand’s legendary service standards and visual elegance.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with corporate Creative Services and Marketing to produce and manage all onboard editorial content, including daily programs, menus, signage, promotional collateral, and digital displays.
• Design, proofread, format, and oversee the printing of multilingual publications, guaranteeing accuracy and brand consistency.
• Manage publishing workflows using approved Content Management Systems (CMS) and onboard publishing tools.
• Generate visual assets—photos, video clips, graphics—to support corporate storytelling and brand initiatives.
• Maintain consistency in tone, layout, imagery, and editorial quality across all media platforms.

Required profile

• Proven experience in media production, publishing, or communications within a hospitality or luxury environment.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to uphold rigorous brand standards.
• Excellent collaboration skills to work with shipboard stakeholders and corporate teams.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Content Management Systems (CMS) for publishing workflows.
• Video production and basic editing capabilities.
• Graphic design and layout skills for printed and digital media.
