About the role
We are seeking a reliable and proactive Personal Assistant to support a private individual and their family in Monaco or nearby French border areas. The role combines executive support with personal and household tasks, ensuring smooth day‑to‑day organization.
Key responsibilities
- Manage the executive’s calendar and schedule with precision.
- Coordinate travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, and detailed itineraries.
- Handle confidential correspondence, emails, and phone calls on behalf of the executive.
- Perform administrative duties such as organizing documents and facilitating communication with internal teams and external partners.
- Run personal errands and assist with household‑related tasks as needed.
Required profile
- Previous experience in a similar personal or executive assistant role.
- Excellent organizational and time‑management abilities.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and French.
- High level of discretion, confidentiality, and professionalism.
- Flexibility regarding working hours and ability to adapt to changing priorities.
- Legal authorization to work in Monaco.
Required skills
- Proficiency with MS Office.
- Comfortable using calendar applications and other standard office technology.
