Receptionist, Massage Therapist & Esthetics Expert – Luxury Spa in Monaco

About the role

Body Tailor Monaco, a luxury wellness and hospitality destination, is looking for polished professionals to join its front‑line team. The openings include a Receptionist, a Massage Therapist and a Skin‑Care (Esthetics) Expert who will together ensure an exceptional experience for an international, high‑end clientele.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and welcome guests, manage bookings, check‑in/check‑out and handle phone and email enquiries.
• Coordinate schedules for trainers, therapists and treatments; process payments and operate the POS system.
• Deliver bespoke massage treatments such as deep‑tissue, sports and lymphatic drainage, following client consultations and individualized plans.
• Provide advanced facial and skin‑care services, including classic and advanced facials, chemical peels and microdermabrasion, with personalized home‑care recommendations.
• Maintain immaculate reception and treatment areas, uphold luxury‑level hygiene standards and keep accurate client records.
• Upsell services and retail products where appropriate and promote additional treatments.

Required profile

• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in luxury wellness, spa or high‑end hospitality.
• Fluent in English and French; additional languages are a plus.
• Professional appearance with excellent interpersonal and customer‑service skills.
• Relevant certifications or diplomas for massage therapy and esthetics.
• Team‑oriented, reliable, flexible and willing to work evenings/weekends.
